Improving organisational issues and productivity

The workshop came out of the unfortunate reality that many bullying & harassment cases exist, and that they could have easily been prevented through effective management and early detection.

Due to the sensitive nature of the topic and the stigma associated with it, often these issues can go undetected for some time. Agata addresses the sensitivity of the topic and helps build confidence to deal with such cases.

What is the workshop about?

The workshop is based on the principal foundation that “everyone should be treated with dignity and respect at work”, offering guidance and support for organisations to ensure that this basic principle is upheld and reputation is sustained. Agata covers what bullying & harassment is and how to identify it, and the variety of ways which it can occur within the workplace.

Spot the signs

Agata describes the behaviours to look out for and explains how bullying & harassment affects the victim and the variety of consequences this has on the organisation. Throughout the workshop a proactive approach is emphasised and she explains how managers and HR personnel can notice when something is wrong, and provides guidelines and procedures on how to deal with issues of bullying & harassment when cases are made.

Understanding these issues further leads to increased staff productivity, performance, engagement and job satisfaction. Agata supports organisations in educating them on this sensitive issue and provides them with the confidence to implement and share the fundamental practical skills that are needed to prevent and address bullying & harassment in the workplace.
