Know Before You Go

InterHealth is a partner with the Know Before You Go campaign - a joint venture between the FCO and the travel industry to ensure that British travellers are better prepared when they go overseas.

“Morale and costs are seriously affected when team members become sick and lose time from work, especially as this is usually not necessary. Most episodes of illness abroad are preventable or easily cured if staff are well informed and well supplied.”
Ted Lankester, InterHealth.

Why MyHealth?
  • Why MyHealth?

"As the Country Representative for Mali at Tearfund, I am often caught off guard when I need to travel at short notice.

Preparation can be a real hassle when you’re focussing on many different things. However, I know I can’t do my job well if I’m not healthy and resilient. When I’m ill on assignment it has a huge impact on my work.

MyHealth will make a real difference to those working internationally by providing expert reassurance if problems arise. This means we can get on with our work, trying to transform the lives of those most in need."
    Mark Butler, Tearfund
