Remote Support Services Guides
As part of your welcome pack you will receive an important ‘Remote Support Services Guide’. If you don’t have a copy, please email us at [email protected] and we’ll send you one straight away.

We have produced the guide in 2 parts; one for HR teams and one to give to all your travelling staff. The guides provide advice about our telephone support services and instructions for accessing and setting up your personalised Travel Health Advice Centre (THAC).
Travel Support Card
This convenient sized card contains full details and contact numbers of InterHealth’s online and telephone support services. To order cards for your staff please email us at [email protected] and indicate how many cards you would like to receive. These cards come in handy if your teams are based in remote areas far from reliable healthcare facilities. Cards are free to all our subscribers.

In addition to discounts on all of our services, subscribers will have access to special offers available our new TravelShop. To be notified of special offers, please sign up to our bi-monthly newsletter ‘Frontliners’, designed to keep you and your teams up-to-date about special offers, health updates on THAC and useful travel health features.

TravelShop
As an InterHealth subscriber you will be provided with a personalised shopping experience on InterHealth’s online Travelshop. Once logged in, you will notice a direct link to your Travel Health Advice Centre (THAC) where you can download information about the country you’re visiting, including advice on what vaccinations and antimalarials to take before you go. Register to InterHealth’s online shop to take advantage of any applied discounts today.
