Policies & guidance for HR

This section is for our client organisations, particularly for those with responsibility for Human Resources and Staff Care, and highlights important policies and guidelines affecting how organisations and their people benefit from our services.

The Equality Act 2010: Pre-employment health questions and assessments
Following further advice from Anthony Collins solicitors we have adapted our advice about how our services should be accessed in compliance with the Equalities Act.  There is still no case law to fully understand how the law will be interpreted, particularly in the international context, but we think that following this advice helps InterHealth and our clients act incompliance with the law. Why MyHealth?
  • Why MyHealth?

"As the Country Representative for Mali at Tearfund, I am often caught off guard when I need to travel at short notice.

Preparation can be a real hassle when you’re focussing on many different things. However, I know I can’t do my job well if I’m not healthy and resilient. When I’m ill on assignment it has a huge impact on my work.

MyHealth will make a real difference to those working internationally by providing expert reassurance if problems arise. This means we can get on with our work, trying to transform the lives of those most in need."
