Our Team

Meet the team 

We have 20 brilliant healthcare professionals based at our friendly clinic in central London, just five minutes from Waterloo.

Our multidisciplinary team includes physicians, specialist travel health nurses, a pharmacist, Occupational Health practitioners and several specialists in Psychological Health, including a psychiatrist.

The Medical team is led by Dr Ted Lankester (co founder of InterHealth in 1989). During the 1980s, Ted engaged in field work, setting up health programmes in mountain villages and refugee camps in the Himalayas. As well as practicing at InterHealth, Ted now co-leads the Community Health Global Network (CHGN), is a regular speaker at international conferences and undertakes consultative work on primary health care and community responses in association with the World Health Organisation (WHO).

Occupational Health Team
Our Occupational Health team, led by Annette Chorley, have a wealth of expertise both practicing and teaching Occupational Health in the corporate and not-for profit sectors.

Psychological Health Team
Our Psychological Health Services team, led by Annie Hargrave, are specialists in working with agencies and personnel in international relief and development and faith based service, and have personal experiences working in the field. They are also experienced in supporting the psychological wellbeing of those in Christian Ministry.

Nursing Team
Our specialist Travel Clinic is run by our nursing team who provide a vaccination and travel advice service for short and long term travellers and volunteers. All immunisations are available from InterHealth and we are able to provide individuals with up-to-the minute recommendations on vaccines and antimalarials from our specialist travel health databases.
