Deliveries
Always add the date you require the goods by to ensure we process your order in good time. Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 5 working days of your order reaching us though it may take up to 10 working days during our busiest periods which are June to September, Christmas and Easter. If your order is required more urgently we will aim to dispatch it in time but cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Delivery services in the UK

Non-medicines - If you are ordering non-medicine products our standard delivery is Royal Mail Recorded Delivery first class, if your package weighs up to 2kg. This usually takes 1-2 working days upon dispatch, although this may vary at busy times, such as Christmas. Royal Mail will not guarantee delivery dates of first class post. Your parcel will still be sent by first class post but it must be signed for upon delivery.  Items sent by Royal Mail are subject to the Royal Mail claims process for loss, damage & delay. Medicines
If you are ordering medicines (or a mixture of medicines and non-medicines) we always send them by a recorded method of delivery. Our standard delivery is Royal Mail Special Delivery (if your package weighs up to 2kg). Once it has been dispatched it is guaranteed next working day delivery before 1pm, it is signed for,  traceable and fully insured. You also have the option of selecting Recorded Delivery which is sent by first class. This will usually take 1-2 working days upon dispatch and must be signed for. This only has the limited insurance value of up to £39, therefore we recommend that you select the Special Delivery option. Items sent by Royal Mail are subject to the Royal Mail claims process for loss, damage & delay. Any package weighing over 2kg, whether medicines or non-medicines, is sent by courier. The parcel must be signed for upon delivery.

Deliveries outside the UK
Always add the date you require the goods by in the relevant section to ensure we process your order in good time. Customs regulations may not allow us to send medicines to some overseas addresses, and customs may hold parcels for extended periods of time. Regulations vary from country to country and are constantly updated.  We urge you to check the regulations in the country where you require the parcel to be sent to before placing your order, as we cannot accept responsibilty for parcels delayed due to customs. We cannot export any medicines to the USA.

When ordering medicines to be sent abroad you have the option of selecting the ‘Royal Mail International Signed For’ service or courier. The courier service is more expensive but the parcels can be traced from dispatch until delivery. The Royal Mail service can only be traced until it leaves the UK. Responsibility for the parcel, once it has left InterHealth, is passed to the delivery company. Packages to Europe usually take up to three working days after dispatch to arrive. Packages to the rest of the world can take up to eight working days after dispatch, depending on location. Please ring for a more accurate estimation of delivery times.

Any parcel weighing over 2kg will automatically be sent by courier.

If you have any special delivery requirements please specify in the given box. Delivery requests are granted at the descretion of the delivery operator and, as such, cannot be guaranteed by InterHealth.

Urgent orders
If your order is urgent, please phone to check we have received it. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee of £10 for urgent orders.
