Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event of you receiving damaged goods, please keep the packaging and contact our Travel Supplies Centre as soon as possible on 020 7902 9000 [+44 207 902 9000 from outside the UK]. 

Refunds and Exchanging Goods
We will happily offer you a full refund or exchange your unused non-medicine goods if you return them to us within 28 days of the date of purchase in a new unused condition. Please note that we cannot give you a refund for goods purchased more than 28 days beforehand.

UK law prevents us from being able to offer refunds or exchanges on any medicines or kits containing medicines. Pharmacies, medical centres and travel clinics throughout the UK are obliged to adhere to this requirement. Please think through your proposed purchases carefully before placing your order.

If you wish to return any goods to us, please package the items carefully (use Jiffy Bags, boxes or bubble wrap) and enclose a note of explanation with your name, address, daytime telephone number and invoice/receipt number. We recommend that all items returned to us are sent Recorded Delivery with compensation paid. Your local Post Office will be able to advise on cost.
