For the prevention of malaria.
This pack size is suitable for commencing a Mefloquine trial if you have not taken this medication before.
The dose should be taken once weekly starting at least one week (3 weeks if trialling the drug) before entering the malarious area, continuing weekly whilst in the area and for 4 weeks after leaving. It should be taken with or after food, with plenty of water.
