As you prepare to head off to hot and sunny locations have you considered sun protection?
Try to avoid being out in the sun between 11am and 3pm even on cloudy days and wear a wide brimmed hat, T-shirt and sunglasses. Sunscreen should be applied to all exposed skin and remember to reapply when necessary. Remember, ultraviolet rays also penetrate clouds and water and reflect off snow.
Suspect Moles
Check your moles from time to time and report to a doctor any that are oozing, bleeding or itchy or have changed shape, darkened, enlarged, or become irregular around the edges.
