For the prevention of malaria.

Normal adult dose: Take one capsule daily starting at least 24 hours before entering a malarious area, continuing daily whilst in the area and for 28 days after leaving. The capsules should be swallowed whole with plenty of fluid during meals, while sitting or standing.
