Pepto-Bismal oral suspension contains the active ingredient Bismuth Subsalicylate (17.5 mg/ml). It works by forming a soothing and protective coating of your stomach and intestine.
DO NOT USE IF YOU ARE: Under 16 due to a possible reaction between calicyates and Rye's syndrome (a very rare but very serious disease. Allregic to Subsalicylate - including aspirin or any of the other ingredients. Taking other Subsalicylate inlcuding aspirin, pregnant, or breast feeding.
