Ted will be delivering the Rendle Short Lecture on the future of medical mission at this conference in Swanwick, Derbyshire.
• London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine
25th May, 2011
Ted will be lecturing to nurses at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine on global health and primary health care.

In addition to being the chairman of this course, Ted will be lecturing on Community Based Health Care to the Christian Medical Fellowship at Oakhill College.
• West Coast Medical missions Conference

Ted will be presenting the Global Health Plenary lecture at the West Coast Medical missions Conference in Pasadana, California.
• Oxford University MSc course
1st November, 2011
Ted will be providing the morning lecture on primary health care in developing countries to the MSc course ‘Global Health’ at Oxford University.

A group of InterHealth staff will be speaking at the International Society of Travel Medicine biennial conference in Boston, USA. Ted Lankester, InterHealth's Director of Health Services is chairing the event. Evelyn Sharpe, Consultant Psychiatrist, will be presenting on the subject of resilience in aid workers and missionaries. InterHealth’s Medical Team Manager/Travel Health Clinician, Dr Claire Davies will be presenting the work of our research team, entitled ‘Travel Medicine in a Crisis.’

Kevin Belcher, our Chief Executive will be attending the Global Connections Chief Executives Forum in Northampton. This programme aims to engage CEO’s with the challenges of leadership.

This first conference with UNAIDS Russia and the Constellation for AIDS Competence will take place in Kazan, Russia.
• USPG in Malawi

USPG support the work of Anglican churches all over the world. Ian will be going to three locations in Malawi for the facilitation of a USPG self assessment for health facility redevelopment and strategic planning.
