Work-Life Balance Consultation

What is it for?

It is to enhance your personal well being and help maximise your performance at work under pressure.

Who is it for?

It is for anyone associated with our member agencies or working independently in the voluntary or business sectors; especially pertinent for managers, consultants and people who need to organise or re-organise their working arrangements.

What happens?

This is an unhurried opportunity for a confidential consultation with an experienced professional, who will help you identify your priorities and highlight your strengths.  You will be able to talk about how you manage your work-life balance, what improvements you would like to achieve, and discuss what options may be open to you.

You will receive a report summarising the themes which arise during the consultation.  We do not copy the report to your employers, although if you would find it useful to discuss it with them you are, of course, free to do so.

The consultation lasts for up to 90 minutes and you will be invited back for a follow up appointment of one hour by arrangement.

The consultation and report are included in the fee and the follow up appointment is charged at a lower rate.

What happens next?

It depends on what you decide is the best way forward.  The consultation is designed to empower you to adjust your work-life balance and address pressure points in the most creative way possible.  There may be further steps you wish to take, either for yourself or with our help.  It may also be appropriate to return for a further follow up appointment at InterHealth.
