InterHealth is a specialist travel health charity providing medical and psychological health services to organisations working in international relief and development. We help prepare their recruits to be physically and psychologically fit, resilient and prepared for tough environments and demanding work.
Our trainers are experts in their field, which enables them to deliver a learning experience that combines both knowledge and expertise which adds real value to the training we provide.
We have a team of professional trainers who are experienced working on long-term and short-term assignments in the field. We proactively develop partnerships to deliver the best possible learning experience, to share practical skills, and up-to-date knowledge.
As a centre for international travel medicine, our team of 20 health professionals look after individual travellers and staff from over 250 non-profit organisations. InterHealth is a widely recognised travel health provider to people working in the following sectors:

Small Changes, Big Rewards
We are a specialist London based medical charity and provide healthcare and support to many of the major international agencies involved in humanitarian relief and poverty reduction across the world. Our Occupational Health Service is essential to helping UK charities fulfil their aims more effectively. We have developed a new training programme, ‘Small Changes, Big Rewards’ to provide HR Managers, Line Managers and those responsible for staff care with tools to manage health risks at work.
We address a range of topics from work station assessments to absence management, rehabilitation and managing mental health in the workplace. Our team come with a variety of expertise in professional, clinical, ergonomic and legal aspects of OH.
