Work-Life Balance/Stress Management

Our experience has shown that psychological and physical health concerns are very closely linked. Many physical symptoms are manifestations of stress, anxiety and fatigue among those in Christian Ministry.

Our holistic approach helps us to explore the issues with individuals early on, and provide the appropriate care and support before they become problematic. 

Meeting diverse needs

Our psychological health services are tailored to meet a diverse range of needs from more general concerns about an individuals’ work-life balance, to specific worries about stress or depression, perhaps arising from particular circumstances in the individuals’ personal or work life. We encourage churches to adopt a preventative approach to supporting the psychological support of their staff and offer a range of services which achieve this, giving individuals an opportunity to reflect and address concerns before they become problematic. We also offer a range of supportive services which can be drawn upon when concerns arise or when specific professional advice is needed.
