Stress Management Consultation
What is it for
It is to help identify ways to reduce stress, maximise your performance at work and enhance personal well-being.
Who is it for?
It is for anyone associated with our client organisations subscribed to the travelwellplan or working independently in the voluntary or business sectors.
What happens?
This is an unhurried opportunity for a confidential consultation with an experienced professional, who will help you identify your priorities and highlight your strengths. You will also be able to talk about areas of stress and difficulty, and discuss what options may be open to you to improve your situation.
You will receive a report summarising the themes which arise in the consultation. We do not copy the report to your employers, although if you would find it useful to discuss it with them you are, of course, free to do so.
The consultation lasts for up to 90 minutes and you will be invited back for a follow-up appointment of one hour by arrangement.
The consultation and report are included in the fee and the follow-up appointment is charged at a lower rate.
What happens next?
It depends on what you decide is the best way forward. The consultation is designed to empower you to address stress points in the most creative way possible. There may be further steps you wish to take, either for yourself or with our help. It may also be appropriate to return for a further follow up appointment at InterHealth.
