What’s included in the WorkWell Plan?

Free Consultations
For every referral made to our OH team, we will provide a free 15 minute
consultation regarding the case, with one of our skilled specialists. We will advise on the best way forward; whether it is to plan a phased return to work or declare the individual not fit for work.
Account Management
You will be provided with a dedicated Account Manager and will receive free
account management services for the duration of your subscription, including 6 monthly review meetings when required. This will assess your referrals and ensure that InterHealth is meeting your required service level agreement.
Service Level Agreements
An agreement is drawn up with you to ensure we deliver on time and meet your requirements.
Online weekly status reporting
Online updates will provide progress on all of your OH referrals. Provided in an
easy-to-share format, although without compromising medical confidentiality.
Discounts
Discounts on all training / workshops delivered as part of the Small Changes,
Big Rewards programme. Discounts are also provided on all of our clinical services, medicals and consultations.
Guidelines & Briefings
Staying fit and well is easily the best policy when working! Our multidisciplinary team, including our Psychological Health experts, have written advice on a range of topics from coping with alcohol dependency to bereavement.
Support for your frequent travellers
In addition to our Occupational Health services we can provide your staff with
medical and travel support anywhere in the world. We work to support the travel health needs of those who are mainly based in the UK but travel frequently. Most commonly these include consultants, chief executives and senior members of staff.

We offer our WorkWell Plan clients limited access to our Travel Health Advice Service, which will give up to 10 of your UK based staff access to our Travel Health Advice Centre (THAC) and free travel health consultations for up to 2 trips.
