These packs give tailored advice on destination-specific health issues including fact sheets on health concerns such as malaria or rabies. A customised immunisation plan and recommendations about antimalarials and travel supplies is also provided. Particularly useful if the traveller is unable to visit InterHealth for a face-to-face travel health consultation.

We strongly recommend you use the information contained in these sites alongside a personal consultation with one of our qualified travel health nurses or an HIP. These sources of advice can enhance your understanding of travel health issues and help you prepare for your trip or assignment overseas.
We also recommend you purchase a copy of ‘The Traveller’s’ Good Health Guide’ by Dr Ted Lankester (2002) which can be obtained from InterHealth or all good bookshops.
