If you would like to get involved in CHGN here are the options.
Individual Members join CHGN independently of the organization they work for, They can:
Individual Membership is free, but we would like to encourage members from resource-rich countries to make a donation of £20-£100 each year to support the costs of CHGN. To donate, please click here.
Member Organisations are community health and development agencies that are operational i.e. they conduct programmes directly and provide services at the grassroots, community level.
Benefits of being a member organisation include:
We urge Member Organisations to make annual donations to assist covering the financial costs of CHGN. Payment is not a condition for membership, but we suggest an annual payment of £50-£250 according to the means of an organisation. To donate, please click here.
Hub Projects are Member Organisations that have gained international credibility for their comprehensive approaches to community health, providing both preventative education and primary health care, and curative, medical treatment in their regions and beyond.

Associate Member Agencies support community health in a wide range of ways – they may be networks, academic institutions, information providers or agencies that supply practical services to community health programmes. They are not usually operational at the community level.

We are in the process of drawing together a database of consultants and advisors who have the time and passion to offer CHGN members support. There will be a range of levels of support, from answering specific questions by email, to visiting a project and helping with monitoring and evaluation, training staff or suggesting ways to implement best practise.
If you, or experienced colleagues/contacts you know, would be interested to offer support in this way, please email team@chgn.org. Thank you.
It goes without saying, that building a support network like CHGN encompasses many costs. For the last 3 years, CHGN has received generous grants from private trusts, but will increasingly be reliant on the support of individuals who believe in this work. On top of costs for 3 part-time staff, the redesign of the website and building regional clusters will be our main outgoings for the next 2 years. Please consider supporting us financially, either as a one-off donation, or a regular gift. To donate please click here
If you have some time to spare, and would like to help with any administrative, IT or communications work on a voluntary basis, either from the InterHealth office or the comfort of your own home, please email team@chgn.org.
Prayer is an essential part of working effectively in and for God’s Kingdom. If you have a heart to support Christian health workers and programmes working on the frontline and the operational support of CHGN as a network, please email team@chgn.org.
